1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via phone or email.
Once the order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be initiated as per our refund process.

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
In such cases, the order will be treated as a return (subject to eligibility).

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Product received is damaged or defective
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect (verified by our team)

2.2 Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear
Products returned without original packaging and accessories
Change of mind after product delivery

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.
Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Return Shipping

In case of approved returns due to damage or incorrect product delivery, return shipping instructions will be provided by our team.
Customers must ensure safe packaging while returning the product.
Shyam Ultrasonic is not responsible for damage during return transit if packaging is inadequate.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
